By using this website, requesting a free trial or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Smarters IPTV is an independent reseller of IPTV subscriptions supplied by third-party providers. We do not host, create or broadcast the content. Channels, movies, series and their quality are provided by our suppliers and can change, be added or be removed at any time without notice.
IPTV Smarters and other player apps mentioned on this site are third-party software. We are not affiliated with their developers.
Your account
- Your login is for your household only. Do not share or resell it.
- Your plan covers the number of screens you chose. Watching on more screens at the same time than your plan allows may cause interruptions or suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 24 hours and is limited to one per household. It does not require payment and does not turn into a paid plan on its own. We may decline or end a trial if we see misuse.
Payment and renewals
- Plans are paid once, in advance, for the period you choose. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Nothing renews automatically. To continue after your plan ends, you renew it yourself.
- Prices can change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell or redistribute your login or the streams, unless you are part of our reseller program.
- Try to copy, record for distribution, or interfere with the service or its servers.
- Use the service for anything unlawful where you live.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service follows the laws that apply to you.
Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of interruptions. Your experience also depends on your internet connection, your device and your app.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, including sharing a login, going over the screen limit repeatedly, or repeated copyright infringement (see our DMCA policy). You can stop using the service at any time.
Limits of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in Canada.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the day it is published.
